Having been the land planners, landscape architects and civil engineers for the original Calder Casino and additions, CTA was brought on to continue the excellence in the development of the new Jai Alai facility. This 18,000 + square foot sports entertainment venue will feature the construction of Miami Gardens’ first Jai Alai facility, located immediately adjacent to the existing Calder Casino and Administrative Offices. This fast-paced project was and will be constructed in a little over a year with a Spring, 2019 grand opening.
